Anger Management

Anger is an emotion that everyone has. However, it is important to always use the emotion in an appropriate way.


What makes YOU angry?
Frustration?
Jealousy?
Confusion?
Not getting what you want?





When you are an angry bird you might...



Use mean faces
Say mean and pointy words

Could getting angry make things worse?



How can we cool off and calm our anger?
         - Breath deeply
         - Count to 10
         - Use words!
         - Talk to an adult
         - Walk away!


Cool down like a not so angry bird!

 Do not boomerang

           Think about how being angry affects you and others
